Come check out our facility by booking your own tour to see what we have on offer and the training and development space we are excited in introducing to our basketball fam and fanatics.
TFSH will have month by month (min 12 week commitment) and yearly memberships available. We do have casual bookings during the working week between 9am-2pm but you will need to register as a member. In order to maintain our family community, we do require all potential members to booking in a tour and meet the team.
For school goers we have before and after school classes in line with NSW education school terms and offer limited school holiday camps. Parents can either opt to work on their shots, chill out in the quiet area or wander over to the nearby café to relax and have a coffee / cake break.
The Fitness Safehouse is an active partner in the Futures Basketball League. A high performance basketball development program with a focused pathway to the next career steps for our aspiring talented youth.

Please call us to book your tour so we can dedicate some time to show you what we have to offer, taking about 30mins – usually longer as not easy to peel you away from the basketball machines. We must insist you bring your basketball gear when we lock in a date and time.
